1. Who We Are
Clearway Headlight Restoration ("Clearway," "we," "us," or "our") is a mobile headlight restoration business based in Corpus Christi, Texas. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, instant-quote tool, and headlight restoration services (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Instant Quote Tool
The AI-powered instant quote provides an estimated price based on the vehicle information (and optional photo) you submit. Quotes are estimates only and are not a binding contract. Final pricing may be adjusted at the time of service if the vehicle, headlight configuration, or condition differs from what was submitted. We reserve the right to decline or modify any quote.
3. Booking & Cancellation
Booking an appointment through the site is a request. We will confirm your appointment by text, call, or email. You may reschedule or cancel by contacting us. Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future service.
4. Service Limitations
Headlight restoration removes oxidation, hazing, and yellowing from the outer polycarbonate lens and applies a protective coating. Results depend on the age, condition, and material of the headlight. We do not repair internal damage (cracked lenses, moisture inside the housing, failed reflectors, wiring, or bulb issues). Restoration is not permanent; UV exposure will gradually cause new oxidation over time.
5. Payment
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods are listed at the time of booking.
6. Warranty
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with the clarity of your restored headlights within 7 days of service, contact us and we will re-service them at no additional charge. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, abrasive cleaners, automated car washes with harsh chemicals, or normal long-term UV degradation.
7. Acceptable Use of the Website
You agree not to (a) submit false, misleading, or malicious information through our forms or quote tool; (b) attempt to manipulate, jailbreak, or misuse our AI systems; (c) attempt to access non-public areas of the site; (d) scrape, copy, or reuse content without permission; or (e) use the site to harass others or violate any law.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — logos, text, images, video, and the Clearway brand — is owned by Clearway Headlight Restoration and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce it without written permission.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The website and Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clearway's total liability for any claim arising from the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Nueces County, Texas.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent change. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
